  • Each home update, renovation, addition or home build is unique. Once we have completed our Design Consultation, we will talk through my Process which will includes the design fees. Next you will receive a custom proposal outlining scope of work & design fees tailored just to you & your project. Once you have approved these proposals, collaboration with our trusted contractor will get detailed pricing for the construction component of your project underway. This is helpful so you know what your fees are up front, and gives you a good estimate of what my services & the entire project will cost!
